When Rob Campbell approached us to build a new platform for his commercial real estate business, we were thrilled. Unlike the residential real estate business, there is a distinct lack of tools available for both agents and users – a frustrating issue indeed!

The other problem Rob faced is the lack of a centralized listing system for commercial listings. There are numerous resources within this space, both on & offline, however there is no clear winner or single resource. With the www.pubsforsale.ca website, we have created a single, centralized listing service that Rob & his team can keep up to date with listings that relate to their niche. By amalgamating the data from all of these different sources, they are quickly becoming recognized as a leader and a central resource within their niche.

We crafted a unique & recognizable brand for the website, and complimented the website with offline materials, business cards, brochures etc.. We are currently working a mobile-specific module for the website which should launch Q3 2009, so stay tuned!
