With fewer buyers & incredible inventory levels, it is no longer as simple as posting some snapshots & a “virtual tour” to get people through the door. Buyers need to feel desire for the property, and realtors need to make sure their every aspect of their marketing efforts are inspiring that desire. A purchase can be justified based on numbers, but emotions close the sale. For this reason we have created the comprehensive SuperAgent listing package, which includes the following:

1. HQ Photography – 20 HIGH QUALITY still images for your exclusive use. Images are professionally shot with an ultra wide-angle lens, allowing the true FEELING of the property to come through in print & online.Outdoor shots are retouched to include blue sky / enhanced foliage etc., portraying the subject property in the bet possible light. We also select the top 10 images and optimize them specifically for the MLS® system.

2. Feature Sheets – Professionally designed sheets, custom tailored to your specifications. Not only do you look good, by specifically designing the material that is “taken away” after a showing, it gives you a measure of control over those final decisive moments at the end of a buyer’s tour where they decide which showing will turn into an offer. Your listing will stand head & shoulders over the rest of the properties in the “pile”.

3. Online Video – Video (with music and/or voiceover) grabs & holds a viewer’s attention like no other medium can. Interest in online video (or viral videos) is growing at an astronomical rate. Combining movement, sound & great photography produces an intense user experience that is guaranteed to result in more showings. Optional self running & auto looping DVD video disc, which can be used very effectively during showings, or sent to distant buyers upon request.

4. Website Uploading – We will also upload your photos, info, feature sheets & video (as applicable) to your own REALTOR® website within 36 hours of the shoot.

New Listing E-Flyer / E-mail blast – Professionally designed, email ready “condensed” feature sheet to send out to your contact database. We can also do a “e-blast” out to over 3000 local Realtors in the Metro Vancouver area.

Multi-lingual Advertising: We have the capacity to produce multi-lingual marketing materials specifically targeted to your demographic.

Hardcover & Softcover Property Marketing Books: These customized books are a “must have” item for the 2 million+ listing bracket. We work with you to produce a strategic coffee table book of the property that can be left on site, or sent to qualified buyers. Translation services are also available to hyper-target the marketing effort.

Craigslist Posting – We will post a copy of your listing, including visuals on the Craigslist website, and will “refresh” or reload the listing every 14 days.
